Run for the Animals 5K

HOURS: Sponsors/vendors may arrive as early as 6:00 a.m. and should be set up by the time registration opens at 8:00 a.m. We’ll have designated parking for you after unloading. As a safety consideration, we ask that you stay until the awards and pet contests have ended (approximately 11:30-11:45 a.m.). This helps ensure vehicles are not passing through areas where attendees and their animals are congregated during the event.

We will email a vendor map to you by Monday before the event, and we’ll have volunteers on-site to direct you where to go when you arrive.

USEFUL INFO:

We offer a designated 10’X10′ space for each vendor unless an exception is requested no later than 1 week in advance of the event. You will need to provide your own table, chairs, tents, signage, etc. If you are bringing swag and giveaways, please know we are expecting 250-300 attendees this year.

8:00 AM: Packet Pick-up & Onsite Registration Opens
9:20 AM: Registration Closes, Trainer-led Group Stretch
9:30 AM: 5K Run/Walk Begins
10:30 AM: 5K Run/Walk Awards Ceremony
11:00 AM: Pet Costume Contest, Fastest Peanut Butter Licker Contest, & Raffle Winners Announced
