Pet Memorial Garden
Through the support of a private endowment, our donors and friends, and growing our internal revenue sources, we have built an Animal Care Campus on the west side of Bloomington. The campus is home to a full-service Nonprofit Veterinary Clinic, Food Pantry, Grooming, Emergency Housing Center, Education Center, public dog walking trails, a Pet Memorial Garden, and on-site administration and storage.
To launch the Pet Memorial Garden, MCHA has partnered with local artist Adam Long to create a unique and permanent art installation on the grounds of the Pet Memorial Garden. To launch this campaign, with your $100 donation, your pet's likeness will be included in the mounted and permanent installation on the grounds of the property. To support this initiative, you can purchase a custom pet portrait or a digital rendering of your pet. Proceeds will go to the excavation and implementation of the garden on the grounds of the Animal Care Campus. Click here to see more of Adam's work.
Please forward your receipt noting your purchase, and a photo of your animal to petportraits@monroehumane.org.
