Mobile Clinics

MCHA provides mobile clinics in different areas of the community and focused at some of the most at-need areas. This service is aimed at reducing the rate that pets might be surrendered due to a lapse in vaccines due to landlord or residential stipulations. Mobile clinics offer low-cost routine vaccinations for both dogs and cats, nail trims, deworming, flea preventative and microchipping. These clinics are for healthy pets, are open to the public, and are not restricted. Subsidized costs are available to pet owners who can show proof of assistance with a government assistance program.

A licensed veterinarian and veterinary technician will provide dogs/cats with:

  • Rabies vaccines (one year or three year*)

  • Distemper / Parvo vaccines

  • Leptospirosis vaccine

  • Bordetella vaccine

  • Feline Distemper vaccine

  • Feline Leukemia vaccine

  • Microchips

  • Deworming

  • Nail trims

  • Heartworm tests

  • Feline Leukemia testing

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, MCHA is limiting services offered at mobile clinics to vaccinations and nail trims ONLY!
