Tails on the Town 2015 auctions include:

Silent Auction

150 or more items for you to puruse over cocktails and hors d'oevres. Friendly bidding and competition with fellow animal lovers over jewelry, dog park memberships, wine assortments, spa days, gift baskets, sports memoribilia, and much more.  Put it all together and you have a good time that supports a mission you care about.

Live Auction

The live auction is always the most exciting part of the evening.  This year, we'll be highlighting these great opportunities:

  • Private meet and greet with Lil Bub

  • A week's stay in a condo in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico

  • Meet Tombi the Elephant at the Indianapolis Zoo

  • An evening with the Beatles, compliments of Glenn Gass

  • Michael Koryta, local and published author features your pet in one of his next books

  • Bloomington Country Club offers a private lunch with wine for up to 10 guests

  • Lunch at the Uptown with Movie Directors Angelo Pizzo and David Anspaugh

  •  Tour of Downtown Bloomington with a stay at Suites 118, and a gift certificate to Restaurant Tallent and see a show

Heads or Tails

You buy strings of beads for $10 during the silent auction, then the auctioneer leads all in a game during the live auction. You'll be laughing before it is over.

Bidding Frenzy

Gift certificates from restaurants across town auctioned for face value. You spend only the money that you would have anyway on a dinner out, and that money goes directly to us. Only the fastest bidders can win.

Fund-an-Item

In 2014, we raised over $8,000 to support our medical assistance programs to expand the support and resources we're able to provide families. In the past year, we've been able to help pets like Rose, Blue, Lucy and more get the veterinary help they need and stay in their homes.
