Give a gift in memory or honor of a loved person or pet. The MCHA will send a card notifying family or the honoree of your gift made. Please complete our gift form with address information for notification cards to be mailed.

Make a gift in honor of birthdays, milestones, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and anniversaries. The possibilities are endless and are a great way to give a gift that counts to your animal loving friends. Please make sure gifts are submitted at least 2 weeks before notification of gift is to be received by the recipient.
